Could Ray Nagin Be Moving to North Texas? Dallas Real Estate News Blast From the Past

Could former New Orleans mayor Clarence Ray Nagin and his wife be heading for North Texas to maybe live in their Frisco townhome? Sure hope they’ve been paying their HOA dues. Reuters is reporting that former New Orleans mayor Ray Nagin is being investigated by federal authorities for allegedly receiving favors or items of value from vendors under city contracts. Nagin was the mayor of New Orleans when Hurricane Katrina hit back in 2005, and was highly criticized for the way he handled the disaster while he criticized help from D.C. The Daily Beast says Nagin is reportedly cooperating with both the FBI and the U.S. Justice Department. And he says the charges are three years old, he welcomes a chance to finally deal with them. Nagin left office in 2010 amid speculation he could face corruption charges. His former associate and close personal friend, Gregory Meffert, pleaded guilty to conspiracy to defraud the city. Some say that Meffert might squeal on him.

Nagin still owns a condo in Frisco — north of Lebanon Parkway, built by D.R. Horton, which he once referred to as a “modest second hurricane home” bought since his wife apparently has family in the Dallas area. They bought the home May 31, 2007 when it was valued at $181,968. Problem was, Nagin didn’t pay his homeowners dues/HOA fees of $1507.14. In March, 2009, the Casa Bella Owners Association filed suit again Nagin for past due moola. He said he would make it right.  Looks like the house is now worth about $168,000, at least according to the Collin County Appraisal District.

Why do I need to submit a new wage order when I modify my plan

When we modify your bankruptcy plan we are changing your plan payments. This means that we have to get with your employer and change the terms and amount of your wage order. The only way we can do that is by filling out a new wage order form.
