Client Testimonials

I would like to take this time to thank all the staff at Allmand Law for the great jobs they do. I first came to their office upset and afraid of what was happening. From the first step into the office I was greeted with a smiling face, saying “how may I help you?” This meant so much, because it meant they were willing to provide comfort to me, a stressed, afraid and ashamed young lady. The staff told me over and over it would be okay. But I didn’t believe it at first, but as they stated, everything was all right. Through the whole process all I got was support. The thing that impressed me the most was that if I had a question or concern I would email or call. The emails were responded to in a timely manner, and the phone calls were dealt with professionally. I will tell anyone in need of their services to call them, and they will take good care of your needs.Again to all the staff, thanks for your help and support through a trying time in my life. ”God Bless.”

Why do I need to submit a new wage order when I modify my plan

When we modify your bankruptcy plan we are changing your plan payments. This means that we have to get with your employer and change the terms and amount of your wage order. The only way we can do that is by filling out a new wage order form.
