In two days I have had personal interaction with each of them. I have found all of them to be very helpful. In addition, they have been respectful, professional and even smile when working with you. All appear to have no attitude of judgment against the person requesting assistance. Because the client may be feeling embarrassed about their current situation, your staff’s helpful attitude goes a long way in relaxing the client. I can’t remember your exact slogan; however, I think it is something like, “helping good people through tough times.” It is clear you all take that slogan very serious.
Please encourage them all to keep up the good work. They are representing the spirit of your practice very well.
