On May 28th 2008, I walked into your office to request legal assistance. As you can imagine, dealing with any type of legal concern is generally stressful, and the situation may even be embarrassing to a potential client. In two days I have had personal interaction with each of them. I have found all of them to be very helpful. In addition, they have been respectful, professional and even smile when working with you. All appear to have no attitude of judgment against the person requesting assistance. Because the client may be feeling embarrassed about their current situation, your staff’s helpful attitude goes a long way in relaxing the client. I can’t remember your exact slogan; however, I think it is something like, “helping good people through tough times.” It is clear you all take that slogan very serious.
