I am taking the credit counseling and I do not know all of the amount that I owe. Is it necessary?

When you are completing the credit counseling course you are supposed to do it to the best of your knowledge. If you do not know exact dollar amounts you can always do your best approximate estimate of your expenses and your income. If you have any questions about it or you are not sure, you can list your best guess and then when you talk to a counseling agent they will be able to answer your questions and explore that and still get you your certificate.
