I Can’t Make a Payment Today What Do I Do?

If you know that you are not going to be able to make a trustee payment (the next one that is due) you need to contact our office to discuss your options. In addition if you know that you are not going to be able to make your monthly mortgage payment you should also discuss different options with us at that time. There must be some underlying reason why you are not able to make that payment, and that is what we know. We need to determine if this is going to be a short or long term issue. Wanting to have additional funds to buy your children a gift, or to account for the holidays, or to take a vacation. These are things that we are not going to be able to help you with. However if you are not able to make your payments because you have had a reduction in income, or a medical situation had arose, we need to know about that so that we can help you as much as we can.
